- Fixed:
    - Deleting a station not deleting station from database!
- Added:
    - Config-option to set the default value of the player-toggle option (opt-in/opt-out option)
        => Set it to true to allow players to travel to any player by default
                (if they have the permissions dt.ptoggle until the target player toggles it off
        => Set it to false to disallow them and require the target player to toggle it on
                to allow other players to travel to him

IMPORTANT: Only works with CB 1.6.2-R0.1
