Fixed:
  - Message "You do not have the permission to use this command" for "ptravel" appearing, even if the player had the correct permission.

IMPORTANT: Only works with CB 1.6.2

- Players can dismount a dragon using the "Shift"-key which lets the dragon continue his travel and the player fal down. It is possible that players die when using Shift high above the ground and dragons might lead to errors in the console when travelling on their own (and will not despawn on their own). We are working on a fix, stay tuned.
