Summary:
we set up a donation system onto our server and when someone donated they reported that /d and /disguise is "forbidden" so i started testing and i found out that anyone who is not opped cannot use /d or /disguse i even tried the node disguisecraft.* and they still couldnt use it we are not sure why they cannot use it at all please help

Steps to reproduce:
1.use the plugins we have
2.try different perms for the plugin to see if it will work
3. try to find out what works(i could not find out anything that would work)
