DisableCraft is a lightweight plugin that allows server administrators to disable certain recipes. This plugin can target anything with an item ID, even stuff from your favorite mods!

This plugin has been tested, and works, with TekkitLite

Getting Started

Download the latest release of DisableCraft
Upload the downloaded DisableCraft .jar file to your server's plugin folder
(Re)Start your server to generate the 'disablecraft' plugin folder and files.
Edit the generated files to suit your needs

FAQ

What is the command to add an item to the "disabled" list?
There is none. The only way to disable an item is through the DisableCraft config.cfg or your permissions plugin.

Are there any commands?
Yes, type: "/dc" or "/disablecraft" in-game to see available commands (There is only one currently!).

How do I get rid of all this spam in my server log?
You can reduce the spam by setting 'LogLevel' to 4 in the DisableCraft config.cfg.

What is the difference between adding an item to the configuration file versus as a permission?
Adding an Item via the configuration will disable crafting of that item server-wide, whereas the permissions route can be used to disable crafting for a certain group. Furthermore, an item disabled via configuration will not appear in the crafting table, an item disabled via permissions will appear in crafting table but will not be obtainable.

Please, release version for block IC2 recipes! I don't think, that somebody will use your plugin without this feature. If you release this feature fast, I'll support your plugin with money, because I really need this feature for block IC Laser on my server.

Hello again!

We have fixed the error but we didnt came far because the permissions dont seem to work without giving any errors, the permission file works too just the disablecraft ones doesnt.

so we are wondering what the cause may be and as we assume we did it correctly, here an example:

- disablecraft.disabled.46 - disablecraft.disabled.7270

with 4 spaces in between but it doesnt seems to block the items. So could anyone help and anwser what we are doing wrong and what the cause may be? It wont be the config file, i've checked those and found out that the permissions are set to true.

Hi, the plugin is working great but any time a try to disable items 194:1, 126:10, and 126:11 it doesn't work. How can i fix this?

Im trying to disable crystal chests from my server

The upgrade is 19762 and the actual crystal chest is 181:5

The upgrade is still craft-able and being pulled from the contraband list but the actual chest isnt. Why is the upgrade still able to be made? I have it in all lists written as 19762::0 and to be safe I even did 19762::-1 since nothing shares the item ID.

Hello, I seem to have a problem using the permissions. Whatever I try it keeps giving me this error:

Caused by: sequence entries are not allowed here in "<reader>", line 473, column 21: permissions: - -ChestShop.shop.create - di ^

Im pretty shure that the source of the problem lies within disablecraft because I've used disablecraft for my server before whereafter I used tekkitrestrict. This didnt worked out verry well after waiting 1.5 months for an anwser the auteur didnt provided.

Anyway, now im using disablecraft again (Without having a permission backup) i came across this error and I believe the error is easy fixable but I cant find it.

Here is the original part where the error lies in:

Hope some of you are able to provide me a anwser. And if you do or atleast try, thank you verry much

I had to re install my plugins. Which version should I be using for tekkit? I installed the newest version with my older config file and nothing was banned.

hey,,, i dont really ger this plugin ... like how to use it? so can you help me set it up? i odnt have alot of requests on banned items... but i cant go public until i ban some cheap items
