- Fixed a bug where processing events (Brewing, smelting, etc.) wouldn't respect the HeadDrop permission. This is now based on the last player to use the block.
- Fixed a bug where breaking a block where a head used to be would drop another head
- Fixed a typo in the config for Mini Crimson Stem (Note: This will reset your custom drop rates for the block!)
- Stopped heads dropping from blocks/heads protected by land management plugins such as WorldGuard when the player doesn't have permission to break blocks
- Added GetRate command
- Added CheckHead permission, allowing use of GetRate and Head List commands. Enabled by default.
