i think that this plugin is not compaitble with some plugins or it's unstable

for example, sometimes i can see notice but sometimes i can't see

Same issue here. To elaborate a bit more, not all players can actually see the spam (at least in my situation). I don't think it's a permission problem because sometimes I get the spam and sometimes I don't, but other players - including OPs and normal members - recieve it at random times that don't seem to have any correlation with when I receive the spam. I don't see any anything unusual in console or logs, either.

Ok so I'm having an issue on Minecraft 1.9. It's the same issue that @MerlinK11 was having, but Ill try to clarify it. Basically, the announcer doesn't obey the intervals. It randomly spams the chat with 1 message 2 or 3 times every few minutes as opposed to only saying the Announcements once every interval. Kinda hard to explain

I seem to be getting announcements 2 or 3 times together. Other players dont. I have a feeling its because i'm OP, possibly getting the announcement for multiple permissions that are not listed?

Cant believe 1.9 broke it. Doubt they will update its ancient now. Shame been using it for years.
