What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Make worldguard region
2.get non op to join
3.get him to go suicide in region

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it is expected to create a tombstone. but instead it doesnt do anything but leave a error msg and down at the bottom of the msg it says that worldguard is the cause

it still does create the signs for the ops.

well, people asked for not creating tombstones in no build zone of worldguard.

I guess this needs to become configurable and also implemented for all things..
