dtplist - cannot manage the list #101

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. /dtplist - shows list of tombstones and locations
    2. After /tp self to locations as op, two locations have no signs, tombstones, etc. Possibly leftovers after region rebuilding. Cannot remove these locations from /dtplist.
    3. Note: Quicklooting the ones I could find did remove them from /dtplist

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    1. There needs to be a way to delete or clear database listings of tombstones for particular players.
