Update from before 3.0

• You need to delete or rename your old config file to let the new config file create itself, sorry about that. But this will be the last time!
• You WILL need to delete all other files you have, which means you will loose all old data for deathlocations etc.. sorry about that.
• You WILL need to copy and edit your custom death messages into the deathmessages.yml file... sorry about that too.
• You WILL need to change the permissions a bit, e.g. deathtpplus.kills has become deathtpplus.deathtp.kills... sorry about that too.
