Configure What's in the book #4

    In the config, i'd like something like this:
    title: "Proof of [KILLER] killing [PLAYER]"
    author: "Killed by [KILLER]"
    line1: "Death cretificate of [PLAYER]"
    line2: "Killed by [KILLER] at [TIME]"

    So we can configure what's in the book and change it's title

    I was thinking about making this plugin lot more customizable, and I may in the future, but I want to keep this as simple as possible to configure. So, I'll just respond by saying possibly, in the future I will add this.
