• Added amazing effect when the time changes to day!
• Removed time not being changed when no players were online.

• Added a config option to select at what time of day the vote starts in server ticks (default is 11800)
• Fixed all the horrible grammatical errors xD

• Fixed the internal error if you try to vote before a vote has started
• Added a seconds voting method as described here
• Fixed a bug which was only noticeable since i added the new voting method
• Made the waiting for votes to be cast time longer (20 seconds instead of 15)
• Changed the time that the votes start so you aren't already in nighttime (Starts at 12850 ticks now instead of 13500)

• Made the checks run a little earlier so it is just starting to get dark when the voting commences instead of already being night
• Compiled against 1.2.4 - 1.0 RB Build #2126 instead of the old 1.2.4 Dev build (Woops, forgot to update my libraries :P)
• Removed the debug messages i left in by accident.
