- Fixed the internal error if you try to vote before a vote has started
- Added a seconds voting method as described here
- Fixed a bug which was only noticeable since i added the new voting method
- Made the waiting for votes to be cast time longer (20 seconds instead of 15)
- Changed the time that the votes start so you aren't already in nighttime (Starts at 12850 ticks now instead of 13500)

- Made the checks run a little earlier so it is just starting to get dark when the voting commences instead of already being night
