Information:

FireKill allows you to set a player on fire with just ONE command!

( I know, it's pretty basic )

Commands

/ignite <player> - Sets a player on fire until they die.

Permissions

firekill.ignite - /ignite

I've a suggestion: /smite or /shock or /zap (all of these could zap the player mentioned with lightning)
