1. Download the latest .jar file from the files page and place it in the "plugins" folder. Go to your "plugins" folder, and make a new folder called "DanAndChat" - with that exact capitalization. Now go to the DanAndChat folder, and make two .yml files. One called "channels.yml" and one called "config.yml". Fill out "channels.yml" with some channels. Click here to see how. Then come back once you're done.

2. Now you have installed DanAndChat, and added some channels. Now to the permissions!
Configure the permissions to your needs. Click here to see which permissions are available. Then come back once you're done configuring permissions.

3. Reload the server, or preferrably; restart the server and you're good to go!
