Bukkit

We're moving onwards towards completion!
- IRC has now been implemented and more information can be gleaned from the info logs
- A few rather large and nasty bugfixes
- Some more options that you can set in game (see the help logs)

IRC works... that's about it. I've added a lot of nice tidbits though, so have a look around at the options and the help logs to see just what has been added for the IRC side of things.

To see what commands you can use, talk to the bot and type ':?' (Beware the pings).

- Debug is still somewhat loose
- Testing is a mite loose at the moment, so there WILL be some bugs
- The jar... it grew
- Editing options is still only available in game
