CustomItemsAPI
CustomItemsAPI adds a few new cool items to Minecraft, they are all based on existing items and are identified by their name.
The plugin was created as an API to add and manage customized items easily, but for now the API is private. I intend to release/document the API in the future.
This plugin is no longer updated here!
CustomItemsAPI was merged into NBTEditor 2.0.
You should go over to the NBTEditor page and start by reading: information on NBTEditor 2.0.
CustomItemsAPI is open-source under GPLv3.

Just to correct something: All features are applied by the name, if you can place flower pot mines, then the name must be wrong.
That escape plan thing will be fixed, thanks for the heads up.

Posted Feb 25, 2014For those wondering how to put this together with recipe or other drop mods - you can use: chatcode for green color, such as &a if your plugin supports it + the item name
For example, &aWither_Bow
Note: not all features of item are applied by its name, rather some are attached upon its creation. I.e., mines crafted by a third-party recipe will have the ability to be placed down, however their explosion effect works. It's more a backdoor you may use to actually achieve some great use, so use at your own expertise.
Edit: Also a bug report - with the ability to dismount using Left Shift, it is possible to exit a flying "escape-plan", which however does not cancel the delayed throw effect. It could be a neat feature, perhaps if exiting made it go some direction (or other form of fixing the delayed throw, or otherwise you can spam them and then get randomly thrown for days)

With 1.0+ the config folder changed, from /plugins/gmbConfig to /plugins/com.goncalomb.
Make sure you are changing the files on /plugins/com.goncalomb
You can delete /plugins/gmbConfig.

Posted Feb 1, 2014I enabled anti-matter bombs in the config and it still says they are disabled. I've restarted the server, triple checked the config, saved the config multiple times, and this still happens. Please help.

We are no longer in beta. Now open-source under GPLv3.
A new version for 1.6.4 and a SNAPSHOT for 1.7.2. All information here.
The documentation is no yet up to date. I will update it in the upcoming days.
