That's a pretty weird issue, not sure how to fix it. My guess is that it's caused by the plugin jar, because it was built quite some time ago. I hope to have the 2.16 update out for free soon, that should fix it. I would suggest you stop the server and then replace the old jar with a freshly downloaded one, and make sure that you use the latest version of paper. And if you ever used /reload or PlugMan or anything similar, those are known to cause issues, so don't use them.
i just looked and it gave me this error in console:

Make sure you are using WolfyUtilities 1.7.3.0. The 1.7.4.0b is for future CC updates and not compatible.
