Summary
Allow users to pick their own style formatting for chats, including real-world location, money, Towny information, colorizing, permission groups and more.
Users may pick the order in which each 'piece' of information shows up in chat before the players message itself. They may also add custom 'pieces' for things like separators/dividers etc.
Pieces may be placed before and/or after the message for the users complete customization. Permission nodes will include the ability to use MyChat, the ability to view others' current format settings, and the permission to use each individual style piece.

- Real-world location (GeoIP Lite is included with the plugin)
