What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In creative mode, I typed the command /cp give <player name> True jump:10:12000
2. A splash potion of leaping 10 appeared in my inventory, but the jump boost only lasted for 9 seconds.
3. When I splashed the potion on my character, I could jump extra high for only 9 seconds.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the potion's effect to last 10 minutes (12000 ticks) but it only lasted 9 seconds no matter what I entered.

What version of the product are you using?
CustomPotions for CB 1.4.7-R0.1 Jan 25, 2013

Do you have an error log of what happened?
It did not cause an error in the console, as if there was nothing wrong and the command worked like it was supposed to.

Please provide any additional information below.
I am using the plugin on the latest version of CraftBukkit (craftbukkit-1.5.1-R0.1.jar) and have many other plugins on my server as welll as Custom Potions.
