- Add tab completions to the custom item command (/ci, /cki, or /customitems)

- Improved stackability of custom items: dragging and collect-to-cursor are now supported as well

- Add proper permission support (customitems.give, customitems.list... rather than just op and not op)

Bugfixes:

- Show the correct export time when using /kci debug

- Prevent custom diamond tools from being upgraded in a smithing table

- Some exceptions when using replacement conditions

Note: this is the first version of this plug-in that was created using the new build system. This should not have any noticeable effects.
