CSupport
Description
This plugin adds tech support to server. That is, if the players have any questions, they can create a ticket on which the administration server provides an answer.
Created tickets removed only when the ticket has the answer, and the answer has been viewed by the player. The time to remove the ticket - 5 minutes.
Config
You can translate messages in group "CSupport:"

Options:
MaxTickets: 275 - The maximum number of tickets that can be created on the server
TicketsPerPlayer: 3 - The maximum number of tickets that can be created by players
Commands
/support, /sup - Shows available commands
/support <text> - Create ticket with question (If you are permitted, you can't create tickets)
/support list - Shows a list of your tickets (If you are permitted, it shows all tickets, even if they are not yours)
/support list <page> - Watch next page
/support read <id> - Read ticket. (If you are permitted, you can read others tickets)
/support remove <id> - Remove ticket (If you are permitted, you can remove others tickets)

/support answer <id> <answer> - Write answer on ticket with id <id>
/support reloadconfig - Reload plugin config
Permissions
CSupport.reloadconfig - Permission to reload plugin config
CSupport.Answer - Permission to answer on tickets
CSupport.remove - Permission to remove others tickets
CSupport.read - Permission to read others tickets
CSupport.list - Permission to show all server tickets
Requirements
AuthMe Reloaded - Plugin uses event to send a notification, when player logged in
PermissionsEx - Plugin uses this plugin to get prefix/suffix of player
Installation:
Put the csupport.jar in your plugins folder and restart the server.
