Added new configurable option that makes the plugin ignore leaves. That way, only directly connected log blocks are destroyed and leaves are left behind. It helps with the overall balance of the plugin and it works quite well along Overview - FastLeafDecay - Bukkit Plugins - Projects - Bukkit.
Added an empty line between configuration values in the config.yml file so that it's easier to read by humans. Computer doesn't seem to bother so we got that covered.
Cleared up some info from /tc values, it mostly shows "yes" and "no" instead of "true" and "false" because the computer is not bothered by that and we humans love yes and no.
Tested on 1.18.1. Nothing changed but it had to be done just in case.
