Added option to set if axes should be damaged or not (it only takes place if axes are needed).
Added an option to set if axes should be prevented from being broken when used on logs or by the plugin (it only takes place if axes are damage and needed).
Added help about /tc values, which would give everyone on the server information about the plugin's configuration. Sorry about hiding that command!
