CreeperHeal
CreeperHeal
CREEPERHEAL HAS MOVED TO SPIGOT
Protects your server against Creepers, TNT, and griefers!
CreeperHeal is more than a griefing protection plugin : it repairs the damage done by explosions (Creepers, TNT, etc...) and fire, in a natural way! Stay a while after a Creeper made a hole, and you will see the terrain pop back slowly, block per block, exactly as it was before the explosion! That way, your players will still be afraid of Creepers, but your server will continue looking nice!
- Anti-Griefing features
- Natural healing of the terrain after an explosion
- Fully customisable
- Easy installation and configuration
- Now compatible with WG
@Brock_Blocking
Actually, this is what replace limit is for, but you also have to change the replace above limit only setting.
This is great. One request, could you add a line in config for x barrier. So say down in caves the stone doesn't heal, and above the configed x coordinate number the plugin does its magic. So towns are safe but the underground is still damaged.
I am very pleased with this plugin and recommend it to everybody who uses bukkit, It keeps the fun and ocassional heart-missing-a-beat effects of creepers, while damage getting slowly fixed. Its a perfect solution for people who like to keep things original as possible.
@gabizou
Hmmm... Never saw anything like that... I'll test with the water thing, but so far I've never had any problem with signs...
@nitnelave
I'm seeing this as well with Sign placement. Somtimes signs will be placed back on the wall, and some other times, when there's water even 3 blocks away, a sign will show up but not place itself. Also occasionally the signs will loose their text after a worldsave or other event like from CaptureThePoints hardresetting the player uses.
However, all in all, I must say this is legitimately a perfect plugin for the type of PVP I'm setting up on my server :)
@SirMonsterSlayer
Redstone does get replaced last. Some bug in bukkit makes it so I can't detect all the redstone at the time of the explosion. I thought some of this would be fixed with the latest build, but apparently not. But are you saying that the redstone gets replaced, but in the air, and when the block under gets replaced the redstone pops off? That's weird.
@nitnelave
less of a real problem, but redstone/piston constraption aren't rebuild properly sometimes. This gets worse with multiple explosions. Maybe it would be the best to restore redstone as the very last item. it seemed that replacing the block where the redstone was on popped them off.
@SirMonsterSlayer
What kind of problems? Can you be more accurate? Please file a ticket with the details, so I can track the issue.
Mhh ok, I'll try on a test server and hopefully nothing will happen :X And I guess furnaces work the same ?
Edit: it seems there are quite some problems with pistons and redstone :(
@SirMonsterSlayer
I only support Recommended Builds, so I'll wait till the RB for 1.0.0 is out to check if it works. But you're welcome to try it, and if you do find bugs, report them and I'll try to fix them. As for the chests, there are no possibilities of item duping or item loss (if the chest is destroyed, the items disappear with it, and come back with the chest).
Question, it does work with the new 1.0.0 builds ? :O
Oh and waht about destroyed chest, will the item drop ? (dupe?)
New version 3.2.3 that should fix every config problem, and issues with multiworld plugins.
@shadownick9
Yes, if you set block-enderman to true, they won't be able to pick up blocks.
@DarkMinecrafter
/ch heal will heal every explosion in the wolrd you're in, /ch healBurnt will heal all the damage by fire. Use /ch heal world to heal a specific world.
with what command can i heal all with one command ?
@nitnelave
Cool, thanks!
And just to clear block-enderman: true means that the enderman will not be able to pick up blocks? As in the ender-man will be blocked from picking up blocks?
@shadownick9
Well, once you load the server with the different worlds, you just have to edit the config.yml file in the CreeperHeal folder. Under the name of each world, you have the list of settings, and you can change them as you wish. For example block-enderman: true
Soo, quick question: how do I configure CreeperHeal for multi-world use? I can't figure out how to change the settings (specifically for enderman blocking) for a different world.
I've never had problems with it corrupting my world
@Delocaz
Well, apart from you, it has never ruined any world, so I deem it safe to use. All I can say is backup, better safe than sorry.
Nitnelave, if you PROMISE me that it won't riun my world again, i'll use this.
3.2.1 CreeperHeal threw this error. Happened when loading into a different world. Using Multiverse-Core.
