What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I would like it to be possible to blow up chests or other items and take the items.

It should look like this:

#ignore these blocks when regenerating.
#these items will drop normally

ignore: 54, 146

Please provide any additional information below.

This will integrate well with factions server! Failed raid attempts will not ruin a base's looks, but it is possible to raid/

Sorry, I found that it's called white list, in advanced. :)

I also would like this feature implemented ASAP!
