Changelog

version 4.1 - Added Paintings support. Fixed some concurrentmodification and nullpointer errors. Improved block replacement (dependent blocks check before respawning if the block they need is there). improved rails replacement (no rails going up dropping because of a block update).

If tnt is set to false, trap damage won't get replaced (waiting for a pull request to be accepted). Some wire doesn't get replaced (should be fixed in the next RB).
