version 4.0 - Added LWC and Lockette support. Tracked down the last few bugs, the very last one should disappear with minecraft 1.9. Updated for 1.9 pre5. Added the possibility to choose which block overwrites which. Rewrote the config to make it clearer. Fixed torches, dispensers, rails, etc orientation.

If tnt is set to false, trap damage won't get replaced.
