CreativeParkour is only compatible with Spigot.

• Added ability to report downloaded ghosts (in the ghost selection inventory when playing maps).
  
• Added a "leave test" item when testing maps.
  
• Added "game.max ghosts" in configuration.yml to set the maximum number of ghosts each player can select at the same time.
  
• Added "/cp spec" alias for "/cp spectator".
  
• Rewrote the map creation help book (fixed a lot of 2-year-old spelling mistakes).
  
• Fixed a spectator mode bug (frozen players, let it go, the cold never bothered me anyway).
