• Brand new participative language system that uses BukkitDev's localization feature: https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/creativeparkour/localization
  Anyone can easily translate the plugin in their language, help ongoing translations, or fix mistakes online. 5 languages are currently available: English, French (100% translated), Polish (88% translated), German (23% translated) and Russian (5% translated).
  Consequently, the plugin no longer uses language files in the "languages" folder because all translations are included in CreativeParkour.jar.
• Added "/cp languages <language code>" command to change CreativeParkour's language in-game.
• Added language selection in "/cp config".
• Old translations are sent to creativeparkour.net to add them to the new system.
• Various minor improvements and bug fixes.
