• Added "/cp contributors" command to see the list of players you invited to build your map with you (with "/cp invite") and easily remove them.
• Players with the "creativeparkour.manage" permission (operators by default) can now use "/cp invite" and "/cp remove" in the map builder even if they are not the map creator.
• "/cp remove" can now be used on offline players.
• "You must validate all the checkpoints" and "Sneaking is disabled in this map" messages no longer spam (they are sent one time per second instead of every tick).
• Modified English messages are sent to creativeparkour.net to improve them, in anticipation of a future brand new translation system.
