updated to latest CrazyCore version
changes to apply to new exception hierarchy
use only one locale to show register messages (multiline support)
use only one locale to show MaxRegisterationPerIP Exceptions (multiline support)
set EventPriority of PlayerJoin to highest, so that every other plugins action will be performed before it.

This Plugin is 1.2.5 compatible, but blocking chat requires a sub plugin. (Ask for a DevBuild)
