fixed cloning items when teleporting to another world, when helding an item, when not logged in
updated to latest CrazyCore version,
fixed players not updating their last action time when leaving the server,
added last action updates while player is online,
improved performance,
fixed some NPEs in very rare cases.

This Plugin is 1.2.5 compatible, but blocking chat will not work there.
