Plugin-Update-Check now works every 24 hours, this is a change because of the Request of dev.bukkit.org, so there's no way to change this back, please update CButD to make sure, that dev.bukkit.org not longer have performance problem because of this problem
Get only the header-Attributes to check the url of a plugin, this make sure, that not the body of urls didn't work loaded from dev.bukkit.org. Now it get only the rss-Feed if the Plugin-Url is valid. This make the update-Check faster and the traffic smaller.
