THIS VERSION CRASHES ON LOAD. PLEASE USE 1.2.1 INSTEAD

1.2:
- Adds new recipes found in Minecraft 1.3.1.
- Adds some missing recipies from previous versions of Minecraft.
- Some recipe changes.
- Fixes a few recipe errors (including the wrong log colour bug).

This update was just a quick one to add the 1.3 recipes which means:

- No permissions yet

There has been also been reports that this version does not load. A fix is in 1.2.1.
