I completely understand that you're busy, but I just wanted to leave a ticket so that the suggestions don't get drowned out in the comments. (You may notice some of these ideas were taken from MoArrows.)

    1. Crititical hits for arrows, which multiply damage by a configurable multiplier. The chance for a critical to occur should be configurable. Perhaps you can also create a new arrow type that guarantees a critical hit... If you're up to it, you can give each arrow type its own, unique critical rate, but that's not really necessary.

    2. Crouching increases an arrow's accuracy (by having it lose less momentum), increases the critical rate (by a configurable amount), and forces the player to stand still (while they are pulling the bow and crouching). I figure these aspects would be more interesting than just increasing damage. Maybe you could even add a new option for all arrows where you can choose which ones require the shooter to be crouched in order to fire that arrow - but I personally don't see a need for this option.

    3. Splitting arrows - a new "arrow type" where you fire multiple arrows at once, as if it were like a buckshot. The problem with an arrow splitting midflight into more arrows is that it may hit a surface before it has a chance to actually split, so a buckshot ensures this capability.

    4. Variants of splitting arrows - three other arrow types that come to mind are splitting fire arrows, splitting explosive arrows, and splitting tnt arrows. These should produce a pretty fun effect.

    5. Smoke/Gas arrows - Splash potions are to Normal potions as these arrows are to the normal potion-effect arrows you have. These are basically the "splash" variants of the arrows that apply potion effects.

I'm thinking that if you do add in a "100% critical chance" arrow, it should also have a much faster velocity, as having a 100% critical rate alone isn't that interesting of an effect as it's just extra damage.
