What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create an alias of a /letter [long_text_here], for instance with Commander plugin
2. execute the command, so i.e. /help will create a 4-pages letter at once
3. see if the letter displays correctly when there are many other letters in existence already

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This gives me an empty map to hand instead of seeing the 4-pages text my /help command alias should create. When I right-click the letter though, it starts to display correctly.

What version of Courier are you using?
1.0.0

What version of CraftBukkit ("Bukkit") are you using? 1.0.1-R1, dev build number etc.
1.0.1-R3

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Well, yes, likely in the next version. I might've mistakenly assumed this was a very uncommon case, but I do see the rationale behind why such a help system is wanted.

you're welcome to visit www.mobtrap.eu (that's a MC server address) and type /rules to see how well it works (but you'll need to right-click when you receive your letter to see its contents due to this bug) :-)

So, I decided to have a look at this for a tentative v1.1.7 - but unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce the problem either with testcode or by downloading and installing Commander and using it. I'm following your description exactly, I believe, but everything works fine here.

Does this problem still exist for you on v1.1.6 of Courier and the latest Commander & Bukkit?
