MAJOR UPDATE!!

Added edit functionality (calls a book from a saved file and puts that data in a writable book)
Added modify functionality (takes a book in your hand and puts its data in a writable book)
Added Sign support - People with the permission can now create signs to give books.
Added Vault Support for Economy plugins - players with permission can now set prices on various CopyBook commands and signs.
Configuration file update (more options for configuration)
General Code cleanup.

I only tested the plugin with BOSEconomy, but it uses the Vault API, so it should work with whatever plugins Vault supports.
