Bukkit

This version fixes a couple of bugs (-1 data value, startup: key) and adds * as a synonym for the -1 data value. It also fixes some errors in defaults.cb and includes the recipe change implemented in 1.1 (the recipe for golden apple changed).

I've dropped Spout support and the in-game recipe editor/creator for now in favour of getting the recipe loading to work as desired. There's now a setting to choose the startup behaviour; it's the "startup" key in the config, and the valid values are "compound" (don't do anything), "reset" (reset to vanilla recipes), or "clear" (delete all recipes).
