to get attention, this plugin has to be unique from all the other similar plugins

u gotta do this: u need to allow the trolling admin to force the other player to use a command that he/she wouldn't normally be able to use. this would make for some quite interesting effects in combination with different plugins.

let me give an idea of how to humiliate your troller with such an ability: when you have a plugin that allows the admin to disguise as a player, you can, if ur the admin, ConTroll your troller  by using your player disguise permissions to force the other player to turn into a player of your choice, maybe even you, so you can go around with your troller's inventory, and with the looks and chat name of yourself, so your troller is completely disguised as u, while u control him/her, and chat and do stuff under your own name

Or, with RideThaMob, and mob disguise, you can perminantly change your troller into your cool new dragon mount

with the above idea, you might also want to add the ability to control your target with another set of buttons (like the NumPad) , when you have forced him to be frozen, so he is commanded by u, using ur own permissions, so now u can have another player unwillingly do your bidding when you need ur form.

maybe you can come up with a new way to turn him into your pet mob, like maybe turn the target into a wolf, and just like any other, he/she cannot attack players unless provoked, monsters don't hunt him/her, and best part, you can tame this wolf, and the player will have to follow the guidelines of a tamed wolf, where he/she must follow you around, will automatically teleport to you when further than 20 blocks from you, and he/she must attack anything his/her owner attacks (excluding with bows) (maybe for this give the player a time limit to willingly attack, and if the player doesn't an AI takes over and does it for him/her), and must sit and stay in the designated spot when right clicked.

or maybe allowing a new pet enderdragon who acts just like a wolf in the above sense, but can also fly, and is a mount that is controlled by the numpad.

Really like this idea! I recommend adding a feature where you can make a group of pigs follow them, or turn them into a pig.

I am so exited for this plugin! especially the control mode idea - I think it's great. you should really do that, it would get this plugin so much attention. definitely going to download this one :)

This is an awesome idea! You should add for a feature to use against a player is that it launches the player in the air and when he/she falls down they will die to you or a designated player thus taking the inventory making them rage quit.
