Added the support for the damage/Data values in items and materials. Thus you can make a container with more specific dedication to just precise types (for example not just wood but specifically Spruce wood.) This includes the following new command options:

/damage allow exact 
/damage allow better 
/damage allow worse 
/damage disallow exact 
/damage disallow better 
/damage disallow worse

To make this work, the format of the config file had to be altered a bit, so this update also includes an automatic config file updater that will correct the old version to the new upon first running the plugin.

The new command line options aren't on the description page yet because people can't use them until after this file is approved and downloadable.
