Cleaned up the weird way Eclipse saves the ascii Java source files with wrong indentation. By default the raw ascii file is indented totally differently from how it looks in the editor because. Found the setting to fix this without having to completely eliminate tabs altogether (which is also wrong as there are files like Makefiles where tabs need to be there).

Anyway, now the raw ascii source code looks right, which should be helpful to anyone viewing this in something other than Eclipse.

This will likely be my last release on version Bukkit 1.5.2, and I will put future development out only on 1.6.2 or higher. This is why I'm marking this as "Release".
