Told the Java 1.7 compiler to compile a backward compatible JRE 1.6 class instead of 1.7, as per the plugin guidelines.

Removed a minor annoyance that using

/dedicate info

on a non-dedicated chest would create a dummy empty entry for that container in the config file. Now it doesn't.
