ConsolePlus
Have you hated how you have to do /say to say stuff in the server with the console all the time?
Well, I have. That's why I made this ultra lightweight plugin. This basically makes the
console act like a player sending commands, so if you just type stuff, it will say the thing you typed with a prefix stated in the config.
To use a command in the console, you do it as how you would as a player, with a /.
Usage: Just talk in the console as how you talk like a player. To use commands in the console, you do it as a player, with a / in the beginning.
Commands:
- /console [Message] - Talk as the console
[Permission required: consoleplus.console]
[OP Override: true]
The prefix to the console is in the config, you can change it to whatever you like. Color codes DO work.
Prefixes and formatting codes work fine, but I can't use commands in my console anymore. The "/" in the beginning to use commands doesn't work. The "/" is just being ignored. I'm running on 1.8
Please fix and update this plugin!
Tested, works fine on CraftBukkit 1.7.9 R02!
This plugin is still going strong after over a year of no updates!
EDIT: Seemed to work, when I tried to change the name it self reverted as mention below, and then went and crashed my server. But it otherwise works, as long as you leave the name as a light green '<Console>'.
you cant change the <console> thing in the config.yml file it just goes back to <console> when you do /reload
Tested on the current version of craftbukkit (1.5.2 R0.1) works perfectly :-)

by mcpc, do you mean Macintosh PC? I'm not sure about that. I run on Windows.
@ChengZi368
works for me
Color DO NOT show in console? I am using mcpc+ 1.4.7

Done!!! Added, just waiting for file approval. Should be up in few hrs
@lme999
Okay.
Love the idea works well. I'd suggest adding a config.yml in which you can change what the "Console" will say. Example: If I type "Hi" in the console, instead of it coming out as "[Console] Hi" I can change the "[Console]" part to my username.
