1.0 Proper Release!

• Re-wrote Message finding system, should be more dynamic, flexible, and efficient
• Now should support modded Death Messages with about 95% reliability
• Match any combination of Player names, mob types or names, and weapon names for super-specific messages!
• Added Whitelist mode (Mute any messages not in the config)
• Added radius mode (No messages for anyone outside a certain radius of the dead player)
• Fixed plugin crash when using /deaths with no arguments
• Fixed inoperable /deaths list command
• Now supports Bukkit 1.7.10 (and possibly other 1.7 builds)
