Plugins that are hooked directly:

• mcMMO
  Probably not all is covered, but most block breaking and some fighting.
• Citizens 2

Generic hooks:

• NPCs get exempted by the player-class hook, this covers plugins like Citizens 1. Any plugin that uses custom classes acting as players (generating player events) should be more compatible with this hook enabled.
• The hooks for block-break and block-place exempt players during event handling for custom block break and place event types. This check is not yet as general as the player-class hook, the classes to exempt players for have to be named explicitely in the configuration. Presets are given for MachinaCraft.
• The set-speed hook can be enabled to set players allowed walking and flying speeds for when they join. No distinction yet, NoCheatPlus is relied on to prevent unauthorized speeding/flying then.
