Minor bugfix for Citizens2.
(6.0.0) This release attempts to fix issues with latest dev builds of NCP (ca. b38+).
Big internal change: Load plugin before NCP, getting rid of re-enabling NCP.
The plugins section in the configuration will get overwritten with this version, it is not needed anymore by default.
You must have the CraftBukkit developement build 2327 or higher to use the set-speed hook !
FOR USE WITH the latest developement versions of NoCheatPlus 3.7 only:
