@unclemark
You can place a new group after the first, disown it (and make sure you remove its default candidate exclusion), and then:
@AyhamAlali
Apologies for the late reply. From 4.0.0, ignoring isn't a particularly separate action. You can now define a rulegroup of your own (ideally before any explicitly including events), and add rules to exclude things you want to ignore.
@Chalwk
You can add exclusion rules based on a particular user's identifier, name, or permissions
@JamGallant
From 4.0.0, this is the default. No-one without commandspy.use will be notified of commands or sign changes
Hey, I love your plugin, but i was wondering if there was a way to turn off command spy for a user if they don't have the permissions to use it? I demoted an admin and would like to turn it off without them knowing.
@Chalwk
That would be a nice option!
- Could you please add an option to ignore commands from specific users and groups?
@Subarrow
Can you please explain to us how can we use all the commands like ignore command and the other? btw thank you very much for your work this plugin are amazing
Please add a permission to see what's typed in the actual game console ?? At this point, anyone with commandspy can see what I'm doing in the console. The console should be a next level permission only owners and ops should have. Otherwise, it's a great plugin.
Great changes and updates. Works perfectly. However I have a question about the 'databaseaddress'. I'm not very good at MySQL, I use it day-to-day, but I don't have much knowledge of stuff like the Address. So for example, the default address is 'jdbc:mysql://localhost/commandspy?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8'. I understand most of it, but the server doesn't, so each time anyone runs a command the plugin doesn't know where to store the data, because the address to the database is wrong I guess, so it puts out this long error which is: http://pastebin.com/4cseu2fZ
And it is spamming the console and server logs with this. So my basic question is how do I set this to go to my database, the panel I use for my SQL is phpmyadmin, so idk what to do. Other than that good work, good update.
@BTK7
If you're server is being ran using MultiCraft or really any web panel, it constantly updates the listing of the players to show to the panel. So it runs the command 'list' to list the current online players, and the amount.
What is with the constant "list" in pink popping up?
Otherwise great plugin.
*Figured it out from your previous comments*
Thanks for maintaining the page!
@unclemark
There's some major changes upcoming. I'll look at including this.
@rangewonk
/commandspy set c* s*
@CloudeLecaw
/commandspy on /commandspy off
@RaileneZ
To update, download a newer version, and replace the old commandspy jar in your plugins directory. If you want to know the version you're currently using, use /commandspy version
Some staff are spying on my console commands. This can be problematic and compromise server security. Please add an option in the config to disable spying on console for all worlds.
Cool Plugin Thank You
on older versions i would have used /commandspy set c:apu s:apu
This no longer works. Which command should I use to see the same as the old command?
Hi, I want to update CommandSpy but how do I do that. Sorry, I don't know how. Do I just re-download the plugin? Or is there any other way? I need an answer asap, thx
