Sorry for uploading so many updates recently, but we want everyone to benefit from the features of CommandsEX and we have found a few bugs recently that have broken some functionalities

@ Setting the spawn location now works without a Database, however yaw and pitch's will not be saved without a database

* fixed join condensing throwing an NPE with null join/quit messages

Command words (regexes matching against the chat which execute commands) run the commands before the chat message is broadcast, instead of afterward. The commands are still run in response to what you say in chat, it just doesn't seem like it...
