Short description about the bug/problem:
Once ranking up after accepting the rules players can then again /rules /acceptrules to acquire the starter kit.
this could be repeated numerous times with no draw backs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setup CR with Permissions and /give commands for starter kit
2. Read and Accept rules to Rank up properly
3. Repeat #2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Exect nothing to happen, Results in players getting free items and other bonus's

What version of CommandRank are you using (for example v3.1.1)?
v3.1.7 for HEXXIT 1.5.2

I believe its related to still being detected as a guest despite being Squire too
I originally added negative perms to the ranks, this fixed the duplicate glitch for now,
however this is spamming everyone with a "You are not allowed to do this!" because of AutoRank is trying to apply it

I tried various combinations to solve this via permissions but I'm failing to fix this.
