Version 2.0.1 - BETA release of Advanced Scripting

• Changed the Commander EVM to an interface instead of a class, so that classes can implement them without having to be a subclass
• Better handling of Command Exceptions
• Cancelled events are ignored (same as 1.2.3 release)
• Added "since" information to API methods
• @cancel variable in chat parsing

• A bunch more fixes I'm sure I'm forgetting
• Removed Herobrine's scripting command
